(More customer reviews)I bought this watch several months ago and I love it. The manual indicates the battery should be good for about 2 years if you let the watch sync with the atomic clock in Colorado every night (6 minutes), you use the backlight once a day (3 seconds), and the alarm once a day (10 seconds). Since the watch without atomic sync is off at most 10 seconds a month, I turn off auto-sync (avoiding the 6 minutes a day battery drain) and instead manually sync the watch roughly once a month (in other words instead of using 180 minutes I use 6 minutes a month to sync). I also rarely use the backlight or alarm. Based on past Casio watches I've owned, I'm hoping the battery will last about 6 to 10 years. In summary, great watch so far.
